Workforce Development Administration The DCHR
Workforce Development Administration (WDA) coordinates training
programs and activities for District government agencies and employees,
including senior executives, middle managers, supervisors, and front
line employees. WDA provides a variety workforce planning and
organizational development programs that increase the knowledge, skills
and competencies of the District's workforce, to enable them to provide
the highest quality and most cost-effective services to the District of
Columbia.
